Corn Salsa
Corn--fresh, roasted, canned, frozen, whatever
JalapeƱos, diced
Red peppers, diced
Red onion, diced
Red pepper flakes
Avocado, cubed
Lime juice
Honey
Apple cider vinegar
Olive oil
Just toss it all together and refrigerate a bit.
