White Chicken Chili
6 chicken thighs or 3 large breasts
1 cup onion, chopped
5 or more cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. hot sauce
Cook all of the above in the crock pot for 4 1/2-5 1/2 hours.
Stir in
2 cans of Northern Beans
1 can corn drained
Cook for 30 minutes more.
Very important: Serve with a generous dollop of sour cream.
Make it a meal: Serve with sour dough bread and a small salad.
Wine: Sauvignon Blanc
