1 cup orzo, cooked (I throw chicken boullion into the boiling water for extra flavor)
a few scoops store-bought pesto
chopped tomatoes
crumbled feta
pepper
Mix everything in a pretty bowl.
Make it a meal: Serve with grilled salmon.
Wine: Sauvignon Blanc
